How about this scenerio.  Aegis Brands looks after their coffee shops, and coffee beans.  Delta 9 and Auxly look after cannabis, Cannabis stores,  CBD drinks and edibles.  Just a guess.

 

Management can get around owning a store by making a seperate NDA around exclusive management contracts.
