Can't really do that. Any of the retailers can just pull the signs down and sell the packs individually. It needs to be on the pack and under the film so it can't be tampered with.

tatas using a voucher so there will be no disputing it.

Loads of the convinent stores around me that sell Arizona like to cover the .99 cent price with whatever they feel like charging. Pretty sure it illegal and I have peeled price tags off befor and they had to sell me the can at .99.
