Seems from what you report + past information that exists + information that is missing ( the 2019 FS , no AGM update) that indeed it is a scam. Did not loose as much as you but am going to write them off and tunr down any possible new PP . I guess their business model is to go from one PP to the other as it seems. Better go and invest in AirBnB !! If there is any inquiry soon, I'd like to know.
