If you can wait a year REI will be $24You have to decide whether there are better opportunities in the market over the next year, but REI will be at $24 within a year. It would be easier to wait if the distribution wasn't cut, so if you're using the distribution as retirement income you may want to move to REIT with a higher distribution like BPY or SRU.
