Martel seems to understand the road to profitability starts with good deals , shutting out govt help from the start is a good way to show strength and leadership , Bellemare ie : the family seemed like beggars when they last dealt with the govts ... reminds me what a bank official once offered me as an answer ," if you offer me a GIC as collateral I can give you that loan " .. basically the bank will give you money when you already have it .. that was a long time ago but the parameters are the same ... hopefully Martel can get us some cheap financing because it is out there ...
