want to read a crystal ball?

want to read a crystal ball?Do a 6 month chart, REI against SIA.. a few months back the talk about who was going to ultimately get the vaccine first came out, Nurses, doctors, all the front line workers, then the elderly. Sienna senior living has been a big holding of mine for a few months now.. At first I cut all my shares when they started saying the elderly were not being taken care of properly but then I started thinking they would spend more money and get additional help in place and the govt would step in to help them out.. I bought back in.

The healthcare reits are going to benefit from the vaccine first, and SIA has been going up for a while now.. REI, SRU, HR and others will lag the healthcare reits by 4 to 6 months, so we should see REI at or over $20 in April to Juneish in my thinking... I think buying now is a good idea, money is starting to flow in.
