100 k in debt
Failed Financung
NDAs all evaporated
CEO CFO QUIT as now money to be paid
BOD never bought a single share even now
CTO be er bought a single share even now
Gross incompetence on an unimaginable scale
Bids appear to be kids using Robin Hood platforms

They have debt, no money coming in and have not been able to sell a single thing. Not even a lousy 750k financing for so called break through trchnology

so yes, yes they can go to zero and on a moments notice
