well... still takes 30 days after 29th before those late traders can re-buy... but could be we had alot sold at a bigger tax loss 30 days ago so that whole crew may jump on board.... it seems when we get to these certain levels it stalls.... I really also think there comes a point as we stair climb .. those swaps and collars really come into play... ??
