My guess, is that based on these "materially" positive transactions, and the general Cannabis market being up over 50% since Sept 30 (the last read when QCA's NAV/sh was .30) that we have to be a minimum of .35 to .40 NAV/sh as at Dec 31 (a few weeks away) unless the market somehow crashes between now and then.

This should be trading at .30 + right now (more in anticipation of Q4, the fact that there is a dividend, US exposure, undervalued warrants, and the access to information well before the market can react.)

The only issue is lack of visibility, and the size of the Company.  Look up "under-valued" in the dictionary and you will see a picture of the Quinsam logo.
