dude, the PP was done to pay for an accretive acquisition and the stock was in the 60 cent range at that time. if you had bought in the market at the time of the deal, you could have sold for a 100% profit in the time before this financing even closed.

i want paul to buy profitable companies like IPF all day long. every time he does an accretive acquisition we all benefit BIG TIME.
