Those prices there must be exclusive to some states. Any time I've ever bought anything to smoke ( mainly in the NYC area) everything is absolutely ridiculous like $ 15 a pack. That includes Brooklyn and Queens. They must have higher taxes on it or something there so Taat would probably do really well in Manhattan if they could get away with $3.99 or similar. Nothing is $3.99 in Manhattan basically one of those black milds is like $2.5
