RE:news

RE:newsThis is a great move.  FANS didn't have much in the way of current assets and only had enough cash runway to last 1/2 or maybe 3/4  of next near; warrants would need to be exercised and/or a capital raise would have been required next year.  Doing a cap raise now at the levels they did was impressive from my view.  Their balance sheet is much improved and better justifies the market cap.  I'm highly impressed with all of the early progress they have made, inclusive of the US, and they are poised for tremendous growth, M&A in 2021. Yeah there's some dillution here, but put it in context...there was already 154mil+ shares outstanding plus shares in reserve...how the hell SP and market cap grew so high before this financing is beyond me, even when factoring in significant growth.  I think FANS saw this too and recognized an opportunity to strike when the iron was hot to get financing at these levels.  Good on them and it helps bridge the gap to better substantiate the market cap.  The business is in much better financial and strategic shape following this move.
