RE:who are the morons selling and why?By September, half of big city realestate will be abbandoned. Hundreds of major retailers are closing, and or going bankrupt. City residential vacancies are already up 120% over 4 months ago.
rents are being forced down by new competition between landlords, due to so much vacancy on the market. People are loosing their jobs, so they are spending away their stimulous money like there is no tomorrow. Vaccination effects will not kick in for many months from now. Befor then, there will be blood and devastation in the streets. Malls will be abbandoned. Their paring lots will be filled not with cars, but with tents and crack whores.
My question is, who in their right mind would be buying right now?
