It's exactly why Andy sold $100M royalty to Topaz at glacier (seems like a stupid move on their crown jewel), but it free's up capital and protects the balance sheet for the acquisition.
Kelt will keep their Oak/Flatrock BC asset and the remainder of the AB assets.

But, with natgas double at AECO from last year, things look good for AAV and in their one news release the company even stated they expect a significant increase in cf from the much higher forward gas prices.
