Nobody knows whether the stock market in general, or a certain stock in particular, will move up, down, or sideways on a day to day basis. Even the greatest investors of the past century, Warren Buffett, and Charlie Munger can attest to this. Anyone who takes advice from, or pays a subscription for "expert" technical analysis are being scammed. They are nothing more than snakeoil salesmen. This is the objective truth.
