Its projects include Dome Mountain Gold Project, Pellaire Gold Project and Big Onion Project. Its Dome Mountain Gold Project is located approximately 66 kilometers (km) east of the town of Smithers in northwest British Columbia. The Project includes the past producing mine on tenures consisting of 26 contiguous mining claims and one mining lease totaling approximately 21,541 hectares. The Pellaire property is located 160 km southwest of William's Lake in the Chilcotin range of south-central British Columbia and covers over 7119.69 hectares in two separate claim blocks. The Project has 10 gold-bearing veins on the property. The Big Onion Project is located approximately 16 km east of the town of Smithers, British Columbia consisting of 15 contiguous mineral claims comprising a total area of 4,810 hectares.

A personal observation........concerning the Aug 12 2020 offering....
21,496,301 Units ( shares + 1/2 Warrants) at $ 0.35 per unit.
On Aug 12, the stock quote was $ 0.66
So, who was the beneficiary of such generous  giveaway???
Inquiring minds would like to know...
