After you last post I had a look at CRL. I would stay away from this one with a ten foot pole as well. They are running a negative working capital and will either need to sell or take additional capital just to stay afloat. They also have a line item that is worth more than 10% of their revenue for Investor Relations. Think about that one.

Just took a look at financials again. They have about $2M in working capital deficiency and are losing about $1M cash a year. They will need to raise in the neighbourhood of $5MM in new money just to continue.

Their auditor states right in the annual financials that their ability to continue as a going concern are questionable. I'll give you this... they have far more of a business than Hey Brian / Fast Task but they are still up poop creek. Get out of this one while you can too.

You might conclude that I am against small / micro cap companies but this is not the case. They are bound by the same laws of economics as large companies. I once bought a garbage company for $0.05 a share and sold them for $1. They were highly cash flow positive but just tiny and unappreciated. CRL is not cash flow positive, has a lot of quesitonable items on their financial statements, and won't survive much longer without additional financing which in this environment will be hard to come by.
