Story always seems more posiive when share price is increasing, and worries always surface when share price is under pressure. That is human nature. But short term the share price does not always trade in sync with the story. I actually do not think we are misinterpreting the story. I don't think we are missing anything.
So if you sold at a higher price, and can increase your share count by buying back now, I would do it with a certain amount of confidence, maybe even happiness.
Hopwever that does not mean the short term price of the shares cannot move lower still.
