Cash and market cap of PEXI think I bought all I can afford to get this year, but glad to get more 6 cents. Looks like a nice number left on the ask for takers.
Not sure if everyone is aware of their coming cash situation. According to most recent SEDAR filing, current cash is $763,000, plus $75,000 more at year end and $75,000 end of June 2021 and $1.22 million to be received by end of 2021 – all from the Fyre lake farm out deal -- giving the nice grand sum of $2,133,000, all free and clear and at no charge to shareholders! Current market cap is $1,920,000! Nice Christmas present to shareholders to cushion dilution in the next couple of years for exploration of their new B.C. properties, and perhaps Yukon as well since that area is heating up too again.
I have looked at most of the explorers in the B.C. Golden Triangle area (also own ABEN Resources now after the price had fallen recently due to year end selling and a limited drill program this season). They hit some really high grade intervals in 2018. Might be a good compliment to PEX if any want to check out their website, for 6.5 to 7 cents currently. Like PEX, ABEN share price will likely increase after the next news and their gear up for the 2021 exploration program.
However, I have not seen any companies like PEX whose projected cash is greater than their market cap, while having promising properties both in B.C. and the Yukon, plus a pretty low share count. I think their new geologist is as good in her profession as any other exploration company in the area that have much higher market caps then PEX. Looking forward to 2021 and lots of exploration, and drilling of newly identified and promising targets.
