Then there is this from today. Pridential Private Capital through their subsidiary PCEP Candian Holdco LLP further expressed a ringing vote of confidence by doing the following transaction. Glad I sold my shares fall of 2019.
Effective December 21, 2020, PPR issued, on a private placement basis, warrants ("Warrants") to acquire an aggregate of 34,292,360 common shares ("Common Shares") of PPR to PCEP with each Warrant issued being exercisable for one Common Share at a price of $0.0192 per Common Share for an eight year term.
State the designation and number or principal amount of securities acquired or disposed of that triggered the requirement to file the report and the change in the acquiror's securityholding percentage in the class of securities.
PPR issued Warrants to acquire an aggregate of 34,292,360 Common Shares to PCEP which represented 19.9% of the outstanding Common Shares on the date of issuance.
Prior to the Transaction, PCEP held warrants to acquire an aggregate of 8,318,000 Common Shares which warrants were cancelled in connection with the transaction.
Accordingly, following the completion of the transaction PCEP only holds the Warrants which are exercisable for an aggregate of 34,292,360 Common Shares or 19.9% of the outstanding Common Shares of PPR as of December 21, 2020.
