RE:RE:Van Winkoop sells sharesThere was a lot involved in this transaction.  Credit facility renewed, notes restructured with 0 interest to June 2021, then just 4% to 
2023.  They were up against it, and had little choice I'm afraid.  I bought a bunch at .015, so hopefully they
can recover somewhat and give me a chance to recover some, if not all, of my losses.
