RE:RE:RE:Bombardier awarded 30-year services contract for Toronto...Hey 859 ,
I'm doing very well thank-you . I hope you are doing just as well ... I was just messing around with the non-sale , I've made my peace with losing the trains ... the bomber will do well with the adjustments at the signing of the deal with Alstom .. I don't know the details of the CDPQ  situation but I doubt they would leave anything on the table for the bomber to make a profit instead of the cause , I know they could buy them out but it would take some hard-to-come-by cash , they needed it to get through the covid mess ... I'm hoping for a good last quarter to get the party started ... take care , stay safe and Merry Christmas to everyone

quote=BBDB859]Hey Bicente.

How's it going?

Hopefully they'll keep those Alstom shares and even buy out CDPQ's BT share, and keep their excess percentage of the deal from Alstom in Alstom shares. Maybe they can't buy the Junk Bond debt beyond 2022. This CDPQ buyout was Pablo's thinking. I don't even know whether that's possible for the Family to do so, before the deal closes. I don't know how the CDPQ deal is structured. But I do know, they have the right to redeem the CDPQ percentage. There is always the risk that Alstom shares could go down too. But the Alstom shares been resilient, and going up even in this pandemic. The problem with the Bomber is Murphy's law. Everything that can, will go against them. We've seen too much of that going on up till now. Who knows? Martel's arrival has brough some luck or change? I'm sure things will change in 2021 for the company. We could use some positive news.

Merry X-Mas to you and yours.

Cheers
859
