I have often wondered if you had a connection to the company, your last two posts pretty much seal the deal for me.

I could accept much of what you state, however, the problem is that everything you say is strictly your opinion with no substance behind it, lets call it conjecture.  I find it ironic that the name you use contains the word facts but the issue is that you don't have any facts to go on.

You could be right, don't get me wrong.  However, since you have no facts to back up your hypothesis, you simply sound like the company getting out in front to start providing excuses for not being able to sign a deal but letting everyone know that they have the tiger by the tail.  

When I first read your last two posts, I thought I was listening to Jenene Thomas.  

Lets be frank here Jenene, if your hypothesis held any water, the stock would be trading well above $1 US today, not at $.50.
