RE:RE:2021 TFSA limit expanded by $6000 @Fergus2 I hope your right! I think we have all waited long enough for some more excitement. Either way it's a win win as this is a great price to accumulate shares.
Regarding any stock with strong fundamentals: if I am interested enough to buy in the green I am more than excited to buy in the red.
2021 will be an interesting year for this company. With the many possibilities laid out for us, this could become a huge pivotal year for Gatekeeper systems.
Many speculation points at this time as we wait for news, speculative, but highly probable to happen:
- $30,000,000 SEPTA contract awarded to GSI with $20,000,000 being spent in 2021 - suggested by Doug Dyment in the recent interview
- POC recently completed with one of the largest transit authorities in North America, potentially resulting in a large contract - mentioned by Doug in his Interview
- NYC $20,000,000 contract was bid on last year and still waiting for the result of that
- PP with 6.5million shares at $1/share plus 6.5 million warrants at $1.10/share potentially being completed in the coming weeks - also mentioned by Doug Dyment in his recent interview
- More potential contracts coming in as previously mentioned - Toronto, Sanfransico, ect
- International interest Dubai, Abadowi, Australia - if this takes place it will most likely be at a later time and under a partnership with somone in those country's - also mentioned in the interview
- Increased margins do to adding applications to already existing contracts
- Increased margins also added from transitioning from a hardware company to more of a cloud based software and more so becoming a Data play through PAAS
- Possible alliance with Motorola thus managing their video surveillance data
A few traders mentioned this is all speculation and can't be used to assess value, and rightfully so, but there is a reason Doug is "not out soliciting the company for a sale and is building the company to make it so attractive that buyers will come to him" - ALSO MENTIONED IN HIS OCTOBER INTERVIEW, and I would be open to argue that it's because he highly believes some or all these points above will come to fruition.
Speculation or not, it will only take an announcement of any one of these points to help get us on analysts and institutions radar resulting in a corrected stock price. Another point to take in is that the margin declined in 2019 and yet the eps still rose from $.01 to $.04. These margins will increase drastically with time, but can't argue that it's speculation until proven on the balance sheet.
GSI sounds like a George Foreman Guarantee in my books.
