RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SHORT-SIDED PEOPLEAgree gas, frustrating time indeed, that's one of the reasons I try to remain glass half full and ignore alot of the noise, here's to saying bye bye to 2020! Cheers and happier new year!
gashole wrote: Sure I get what you are saying, but just some of the comments (im not going back and quoting them all) have been rather callous - maybe im a bit biased right now considering I have family with Covid, but I just wonder where people draw the line... I look at my own daughter and she is trying her best but she is 20, and bascially said "if I have to stay in my room all day I might as well kill myself"..... I think Im really getting tired of Covid, I know everyone is, I find I am just not thinking straight half the time.. Thank god I have my wife and kids at home right now, or I think I would be going nuts... I like to travel, go places, do things... Cant do anything right now and I am just sick of this.

gashole wrote: It was probably some 30 year old schmuck no masker I will do what I like because its my rights that gave it to the old guy at the nursing home who then infected my stepmom working there, who then brought it home to my 83 year old father... 20 and 30 year olds dont need to worry for the most part but there would be thousands more elderly dead if less people dont take care and keep clean. Surprisingly how many people on this board dont give a shyt about them.. remember maybe around the time of the next pandemic you people will be the elderly no one cares about.
Lacas24 wrote: Excellent point you made. I had a similar experience with my mother when I tried to protect her. She has pretty severe autoimmune case. Basically a tough pneumonia could take her. I was worried about her health and begged her to stay indoors and don't meet anyone. She flat out refused. She said she will do what is necessary as precautions but lived a happy and full life and not going to spend what is left in a room waiting for death. That's that. Forgive me for not caring about 20-30 years old people hiding in their basement from a flu with a 99.97% survival rate
