you are right, when you watch day to day action, but over time, stocks always match their value. I was thinking a 17-18 jog until the spring abd maybe that will still be the case. I don't wish loses on anyone but wouldn't be disappointed if this dropped a little more as I have money coming in within the next month and a half I would like to spend on RioCan. 


but you know what they say, Retail is dead, everyone is staying home forever. The same thing they said in 2008/2009, same thing they said about NYC after 9/11.

Unless there is investor interest, a shitty stock can keep going up, while an excellent stock can keep falling
