I agree with pa. Asking for accountability or change of management after four years makes sense. I believe we all want Tinley's to succeed, but broken promises year after year do not bode well for a bright future unless some kind of change manifests itself, and the excuses stop and milestones begin to be met. 

The way the SP is going right now, you may just get your wish to buy and become president.
