Companies like HUGE thought they had to do one due to their outstanding share count and be able to rally for the Naz at the tune of 201:1. Hexo is one I own that just did one to hold their listing on the Naz. . I would have rather they lost their listing and hustled to get their share price back up than to have done an RS. You are 100 percent correct...my opinion doesn't matter even a little bit. Always long, never have shorted a stock in my life. Need to sleep at night not worrying about my margin.
ACB....LGO....RHT...to name a few more... I can go on and on but for what?
Best of luck
Anyways onward and upward. What was the terms of the vote for the R/S as, like I said, I can't find it anywhere. 10:1? Thanks in advance.

You just proved my point. Hexo has revenue on par with Hightide now but even with High Tides recent increase in price HEXO's market cap is more then 5x greater. Let alone the others that you mentioned that are still overvalued.
Hexo may have better cash position (I don't really follow it anymore) and there are other reasons for it to be higher perhaps but still. Different situation and not done for the same reasons.
I will however drop it now as this is going nowhere.
