think about it... you have 100K (example) you split it in 3. Throughout the day 3 different robots or people trade the stock frequently. The 100K belongs to one entity. By the end of the week the 100K is now 250K in cash and kind. Meanwhile there's also a pile of stock that was purchased at a low price that does nothing but sit there. Eventually at the right moment, all of it cashes out at the same time. End game 1 millions. I'm sure the numbers are much higher though.
