Following that woke logic I presume you can also no longer refer to your Mother and Father as Mom and Dad. Presumably male and female are no longer allowed either -- a lot more genders supposedly. Wouldn't be right to refer to them as Parent 1 and Parent 2 because that is prioritizing one over the other. Just amazing how as we supposedly get smarter and more advanced we just get dumb and dumber. Just get a picture of those that are in charge -- of the sheep! As I said before maybe old age has it's benefits -- not having that much longer to have to put up with all this total B.S. -- but to be so disappointed as to see how many swallow it right up as if they are in their right mind.
Back in 1956 at the ripe old age of 16 I had to quit school and become the bread winner for the family. I got a job working out of town on heavy construction and spent the next 7 years doing that. Those guys I worked with were about as far away as you could get from "Woke" and it was a terrific introduction to the realities of life for a young person. As good, and probably better, than the formal education that I missed out on. Had to get that at night school later on. I always felt the world would be a better place if all young guys could get that experience after getting out of school -- but that doesn't happen to most. An oil field experience would be similar or logging. Gives you a lot more appreciation for what you have - you worked for it. Less of this silver spoon stuff, that so many seem to have these days, would be better.
