Just because my opinion on this stock is different than yours doesn't mean I'm a basher or getting paid.
Sam you bought at .10 because you thought it was going up and I'm sure you had your reasons for this. Instead it went down why is anyone's guess. My guess was because of the ceo dumping shares, expanding yet no cash flow, large float and will be needing to raise funds. IMO those reasons are the cause but there may be something else.
You suggested a private placement might occur with a higher valuation. That's not how things work. Anyone wanting to offer a pp will not pay the current valuation let alone a higher one so the end result is dilution.
Go ahead call me a paid basher or whatever floats your boat but the numbers don't lie.
I came here because this was being pumped on other boards. I did my own dd and watched the price action. From day one I called resistance at .11 and said I would buy in if it broke that. After several failed attempts it tanked and has yet to change course. I have no shares here because I'm not interested in catching a falling knife. If it changes course and breaks through .11 I will buy and post my purchase. My buying will be at .04 or .11 which ever comes first.
