Only way to raise some money ...they sold 44% and receive exposure to new lines of trials with public Capital Market potential funding. A revaluation may be in the cards certainly at a higher share

Keep in mind they are separate company's. As for today's action with Phrx , one can put a positive spin with this sell off today and look at the buyers that are accumulating this large amount.
