RE:RE:RE:RE:Guess everyone is quietly selling I still hold a small amount of shares but sold a much larger position in September. I have no intention of buying or selling any more until a final decision is made.
as for me being right:
The original newspaper said that more community consensus and involvement would be required with this project.
The second news article the one that dipped the price from .37 to .275 is that "some areas" affecting other natural resources should never be exploited.
(I am paraphrasing both articles).
all I'm saying I was right about is that nothing is written in stone and the Dominican is not Canada or Australia. Things are not going at the pace and positivity being portrayed on the board.

It was in a local newspaper reposted in English by a blogger.... coming from the minister of mines. I never said that it wasn't going to come or that a decision was made. At the time the entire bullboard was pumped up from the election thinking it would happen within weeks. In this regard I was right. After a few weeks had gone by... December 15th became the boards new target date... which again failed to materialize only to be substituted by a dump of shares after a second newspaper printed out that the minister of mines would all together not issue permits in some areas affecting water, land and other precious resources. If the writing is not on the wall now.... I guess the next goalpost would be an outright denial or permit being issued. Use all the information available to you today and make an informed decision.

@Inca2020 - Unless you were told by the MEM of DR that the permit has been declined you are not right about anything.
You decided back in September that you were no longer willing to bear the opportunity cost of waiting for the permit, which is fine but let's not waste our energy on speculating until we get official info.
