I support your assessment as long as they can start delivering on a consistent basis. 

If they can show regular growth, and in my opinion provide more clarity regarding their path forward I agree they can potentially attract institutional investors. 

Lets start with Q2 and a SP in the .25/.30 range, then they'll have my attention.
 

Wait and see. IMHO
