I am all for a legitimate surge.  It is what I have been waiting for.  The current surge is manipulation by you know who, it collapsed dramatically on Friday.

My point is that a true rally will have volumes of 2% to 3% of total shares outstanding.  This requires good news like the signing of the agreement or the submission of Elaborate.
