You have to enable close captions. There is a setting for english.

I will paraphrase the whole thing in a couple sentences. This mine is really good. The people dont need to worry as construction will be done to global standards. Lots of tax dollars, lets start building it.

What we didnt see was behind the scenes where the president, his sister, the geologist and the minister of mines had their hands out wanting the huge up front payout before signing off on it.
