RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Lyingstein and fishcat... You're missing the point it doesn't matter what price you sold at. I'm calling you a hypocrite because the concerns I had prior to this acquisition were labelled as paid bashing.
Now that you have sold you also have concerns. Should I be calling you a paid basher now? Or a pump and dump artist?
I am not bashing this company I just have genuine concerns when I see things that don't add up but you and fishcat refuse to acknowledge anything that doesn't fit your agenda.
I come off as a basher because I don't agree with pumpers who refuse to see both sides. Maybe I am 100% wrong about buzz but imo the issues I brought up are no joke and they are not meant to bash the company but point out serious facts which are not good for long term investors.
SamRothstein wrote: So you are ok with me selling part of my position at a profit, just not ok with me selling some at a small loss? That doesn't really make any sense but it probably does to you. And one of the reasons I sold is so I would have available funds if price dropped more so I could get back in at a lower price, and lower my ACB. I'm not ignoring your concern about the acquisition I have the same questions as you do. That is one of the reasons I sold part of my position today.
Lowfloatmining1 wrote: Here you are again ignoring a verry concern I am trying to figure out. Company just spent millions on a company that has ZERO information about it. Has anyone been able to find anything ? I have yet to see what they actually bought or wanting to buy with all these shares...
Yes, take profits of course but YOU sold for a loss.
Material change on not you defended buzz when I commented about genuine concerns because you were holding a bag at .10
Vwey strange that there is no information on a company that buzz just spent millions on. Red flag?
SamRothstein wrote: Some people might consider it hypocritical if I was promoting the company yesterday and selling today with no material changes. Clearly there was very large and unexpected material change. Other people would understand that when the share price goes up 30% in a day, regardless of material change, then some peple may want to take some profits, or even sell some at a small loss so that you can buy back at a lower price. But regardless of which of those camps someone falls into, it doesn't apply to me because I have not been promoting BUZZ. I have stated several times that while I am long I do have some concerns, and that the main reason I am in BUZZ is due to the amount of TRIP shares and warrants they own. You are confusing my refutation of some of the sheer nonsense on this board (a lot of that nonsense coming from you) with promoting BUZZ. They are not the same thing. You seem to confuse a lot of things, as well as make a large amount of false equivalences.
Lowfloatmining1 wrote: You derisked with a "small loss" as per your own post. I get it to protect your position which is a fair point. You can see how people would see this as a hypocritical move on your end when one day your promoting the company while calling others bashers then you sell and say you can buy cheaper and have concerns.
This new acquisition has hidden benefits? Maybe... but I don't see what this has to do with the current market buzz is in? Care to share?
I cannot find any information on this new acquisition anywhere... I've genuinely looked and kept an open mind but don't see anything.
Strange that buzz would buy out a company that has zero public information don't you think?
If you find something post it I'm curious about the purchase.
SamRothstein wrote: I'm not sure how you don't get that this acquisition is new information. CEO said there would be material news by end of January re. the new stores and website. That is the info that I was going by and what I was expecting, and I have stated this on the board that I wanted to see execution on the stated plan. I feel like this new acquisition has some hidden benefits re. overall strategy that Cohen might not be able to talk about yet, but the truth is that I just don't know. And when i don't know, i derisk, especially when I am offered a decent price to derisk.
Lowfloatmining1 wrote: Pump and dump artists defending their bs tactics.
Sold their shares to protect their investment because of concerns with the new acquisition after telling everyone "material news" coming "new stores coming" meanwhile the company bought a bio play with shares Lololol.
I have no skin in the game because I'm disciplined. If I listened to you clowns I would be holding a bag. I'll let the sp speak for itself. A lot of selling pressure for such good news right?
Let's see what the last hour brings...
