I think the larger purpose of this acquisition will become apparent as i don't think Cohen or Booth are dummies. For all we know this is a screaming good deal that will vault Pharmadrug past what we even expected from their shroom and germany MJ business. Cohen has a lot of capital markets experience, and Booth is veteran dealmaker (yes lowfloat, we know you think he sucks, he destroyed ACB etc. please don't chime in on that I really can't bear hearing you make that same case again). So I have to think this deal somehow makes sense. But took some chips off the table just in case I'm wrong, or if the market just does not agree.
