Cannabis company Zenabis Global Inc. (TSX:ZENA) to merge with Cronos Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CRON).


A merger generally translates into a 20-30% premium on the share price - Tliray for example, is getting .25% from Aphria. This is just a fact and you can easily verify yourself.

A 20-30% premium on a .07 cent Zena stock translates to .08 or .09 cents - and some of you guys getting all hyped on this current merger possibility need to do a reality check, because I think yu're setting your self up for a big disappointment.

At this point, I'm hanging in for the end of the story - either bankruptcy or merger/buyout - but you have to be realisticic.
