In point 2 an increase in net loss of $86.7k.
in point 3 a decrease in net loss of $145k
add them up and you actually get a total decrease to net loss of $313.3k. So I have to assume if this is perceived as bad news that it is related to them not selling their first batch themselves with their microdot brand, and instead selling whole batch to SR.

these press releases are lawyer written so you have to read between all the double talk.
will see how it affect the stockprice going forward.....today obviously the whole sector is down and that accounts for some price drop but we are down more than most
announymous selling today to get out and soon the shorts will hit this hard as the chart has now gone from lateral to down and momentum is a killer
