RE:RE:Share buy back? There are many reasons a share buy back is unlikely such as:
- The company recently taking on a $3m LOC, why risk dipping into an LOC when investors monies do not incur interest.
- The company welcoming the private placement which would result in a small form of dilution.
- We are at a stage of explosive growth so the companys equity would be better utilized in supporting contracts, soliciting the company and hiring required personnel to support growth.
- With roughly 89,600,000 outstanding shares a decrease in share count could make this company illiquid which would decrease investors interest.
My guess is that some investors are holding down the price while playing a small margin. Other investors are waiting for Q1 results or new contracts before buying in. I see this as a great opportunity to buy shares for investors planning to hold for 1year+.
