Paul defines ,Pipestone is in Montney sweet spot.

Paul defines ,Pipestone is in Montney sweet spot.Paul W explains. We are liquids rich.Alot of Montney producers are showing 30-50 barrels of condensate per 1000.Pipe is showing 150 -200 and in some wells more yielding 400 000  for condensate per well.As condensate is 75% of rev this is important. The Montney is over six hundred feet thick on PIpe land base. This allows for 4 benches to drill as other companys in our area are doing. At present we are only drilling two.The other two benches represent additional future upside.Paul also alluded to another bench below the lower montney.Thirdly we are overpressured. This gives us high natural flow rates without the added expense of pumps etc to get the product to surface. The combination of these three things are why we are viewed as having such a great land base
