RE:252M for septa     Thanx for that tidbit. If that is what we're waiting for, then it appears it is upon us. Surely SEPTA knows where they want this money to go, so hopefully an announcement is imminent! It surely along with the 1st Q results will amplify the SP! GLTA LONGS! One might think the SP goes up from here, starting today.
