Yes top . The process is in place . And the permit is 100 % going to be issued . Ther current trip by the Minister is a sales job to the community - GQC hs always been great corporate citizens . They hav contributed to the local community via services and jobs and the locals DO want GQC back . The environmentalist warriors are now behind the proverbial 8 ball .
