Trevali needs to set up their own mining dept. and get rid of the contractors ASAP, if they want to succeed. This method sure is working well for Kirkland Gold, they threw Redpath and Cementation out, and hired their own mining crews, there are a lot of good miners out there looking for work. Redpath, and Cementation charge mining companies, over $180.00hr for their miners, and pay then only $22.00hr, and another $30.00 bonus. Trevali could save a lot of money doing it themselves, hire a good mining engineer, and he will take care of the operations, GET RID OF CONTRACTORS ASAP if you want to succeed.
