RE:RE:RE:Haywood Securities: Buy rating and $0.25 target for ROE

RE:RE:RE:Haywood Securities: Buy rating and $0.25 target for ROESounds reasonable. Thx! Some dd: forgive me if this has already been discussed. Escribano Carlos Javier was the CFO at ROE until some time in the last 2 weeks. He's now the CFO for RECO...he has participated in financing both ROE and RECO. The technical "dream team" of Daniel Jarvie and Nick Steinberger were with ROE and are now with RECO. One of these two put $1m into an ROE PP. A year or 2 back, I forget which one. Then there's the sweet deal that lined up Steinke with tons of cheap ROE paper giving him a 10% position. CEO at ROE, he's been an Officer of RECO going back to 2009. That's an awful lot of crossover. Normally it would just be part of a typical Vancouver promotion but the Kavango is not a typical Vancouver deal by any means, and ROE is backed by the deep pockets of Ian Telfer and friends. This is a powerful combination as raising money is not an issue for this group. With that said - it's more than just a bit unusual that ROE seems to have no IR person, and aside from news releases the Kavango doesn't show up on the website or the corporate presentation. In fact none of the people above now with RECO even mention their participation with ROE in their bios. Normally a small exploration play would be pumping pretty hard given such a huge potential opportunity...yet it seems like ROE and RECO are doing their utmost downplay the connections - it's like they don't exist. ROE has a relatively low market cap in comparison to RECO if you account for about a 1/6 participation in Kavango. ROE also holds the Mexican wildcard in their back pocket which has been a massive frustration, but it's not dead. Is another cheap financing coming? Or are people in the know loading their pockets with cheap stock? I'm just riff'in here. Fill me in if you have any ideas. Cheers. Disclosure: I'm long ROE Anyone heard from Boots?
