RE:RE:RE:OFFICE

RE:RE:RE:OFFICElol, good one...... one thing I have noticed is snake tends to look at the here and now, and does not seem to see forward whatsoever.. Unfortunate for him because that makes you do dumb things with your holdings......... Office will be fine long term, but its going to have its struggles for a while.. I totally believe people want things back to "normal" and thats their comfort zone, and when you are uncomfortable you tend to look for things that make you comfortable, being at home is very stressful and agravating for some people, you feel trapped in a bubble as you cannot talk and interact with your co workers - and some are taking care of their own kids while they try to work......, so I believe people will go back to the office, but,... there are going to be some companies that insist their employess stay at home as the saving for them (certain companies that wont lose efficiencies) to not have all that office space is going to be a big bonus not paying rent... So I would say in 2 or 3 years office will still be a bit weak in my opinion, there will likely be 5% of people that never go back to the office.. SOT, dream etc, will still do fine overall.. still worth holding
