RE:RE:IIROC Where Are You?

RE:RE:IIROC Where Are You?
from my understanding there is no legal obligation to do anything other than report every quarter in the Sedi filings. But that said if there is material news be it good or bad the company out of courtesy to retail shareholders who either dont know how to access the quarterlies or just dont want to because it is quite cucumbersome and quite a lot should put it out in easier to understand press releases but as to my knowledge companies are not obligated to but do so for courtesy as well as keep people interested. This is a double edged sword as lots of companies put out fluff releases as well. They should be meaningful not used to create hype excitement and higher share value so there should be a balance no doubt but that said the company is up to something they have told us various things through press releases which are left pending I dont see why they will not report on those things at the very least when there is something to report and as they put those out they will put others out but they dont put everything out and we know this and that pertains to what people find on the awarded contracts site which I find absolutely wrong for the company to persist in this manner but they are well within their rights to do so because those are "buried" in the Sedi quarterlies which they are legally obligated to disclose and file.
