(1) Under the current supply agreement, Pharmadrug will sponsor Abba Medix for the receipt of its EU-GMP certification. Product shipments are expected to begin as early as March 31, 2020. (FAILURE) (2) Abba Medix has a 22,000 SF fully built out production facility (LIE), with a cultivation , processing and sales license in place, currently producing ~3,000 Kg p.a. of flower & trim (FAILURE) (3) has entered into a supply agreement with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis ("AGLC") for the supply of branded cannabis products to the adult-use market in the Province of Alberta. Under the supply agreement, Abba will initially offer recreational use products in 3.5-gram dried flower and 0.5-gram pre-rolled formats. Abba continues to be engaged in advanced discussions with other provincial cannabis distribution branches as it executes its domestic distribution strategy. (FAILURE) (4) In 2019, Canada House focused on making its clinic division, Canada House Clinics ("CHC"), profitable (LIE), completing its production facility in Pickering (LIE), Ontario, substantially completing preparations towards EU-GMP certification (FAILURE), pursued provincial distribution agreements, and entered into two new international supply agreements. In 2020, the Company's strategy will be laser-focused on sustainable profitability and positive cash generation (LIE) by reducing expenses wherever possible, (CHRISS SALARY) pursuing opportunities with the highest ROI. The Company will continue to reduce non-core overhead, (CHRISS SALARY) close unprofitable clinics, and maintain continuous improvement initiatives across the entire organization.
