Yes it was a bullish one. However, I want to see them make money because they record losses to-date.

If GDNP can take down a couple acquisitions they'll easily pass the 50-60M range for the year, which puts them barely above 2.5x multiple today on forward sales. I'd say GDNP is seriously undervalued at this current price if one is to believe they'll close some deals this year.
